7 More Reps started as an idea for a sense of freedom within one's life to achieve greater things then the normality of life.

Sacrifices were made early in the startup of 7 More Reps and now as it still grows to bigger and better things, it still and will always have the base of what it stands for. 7 More Reps stands for giving more then just a standard amount in life and it's not just 2 more or 5 more reps, it's 7 MORE REPS. There is always more you can achieve and more you can push than you initially think your capable of giving. This is what the company has been built on and will continue to grow with that mindset and foundation.
